NBCC (India) Limited has been awarded a prestigious project worth Rs 44.62 crore (excluding GST) for infrastructure development at the Mahatma Gandhi Institute for Rural Industrialisation (MGIRI) in Wardha, Maharashtra. The public sector enterprise will serve as the Project Management Consultant (PMC) for the initiative.

Project Scope and Execution

Under this contract, NBCC will oversee the construction and development of essential infrastructure at MGIRI. The project will be executed through the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) mode, ensuring streamlined implementation. Key components of the initiative include the construction of a hostel and a VIP guest house, designed to support MGIRI’s mission of fostering rural entrepreneurship and industrial development.

This project further cements NBCC’s reputation as a leader in infrastructure development and project management services.
