Singrauli: Northern Coalfields Limited (NCL) has signed a 10-year Total Fuel Management (TFM) Agreement with Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) and Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) to ensure a consistent and efficient supply of High Speed Diesel (HSD) for its mining operations.
The agreement was signed on July 21, 2026, at the NCL Headquarters in Singrauli. The partnership aims to strengthen fuel management systems and support uninterrupted operations across NCL’s mining projects.
NCL Signs Long-Term Fuel Agreement with IOCL and HPCL
The Total Fuel Management Agreement was signed by the GM (MM) Stores/HOD, NCL, along with representatives from IOCL and HPCL.
Under this 10-year agreement, the companies will work together to ensure:
- Reliable and uninterrupted HSD supply for NCL’s mining operations
- Efficient fuel management and handling processes
- Better coordination between fuel suppliers and mining operations
- Improved operational efficiency across NCL projects
The agreement is expected to provide long-term fuel security for NCL’s large-scale mining activities.
