New Delhi: The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) has introduced a new ‘Toll Plaza Feedback’ feature on the Rajmargyatra mobile app to improve the experience of National Highway users at toll plazas. The initiative aims to strengthen citizen participation, improve service delivery and make highway journeys safer, smoother and more convenient.
Through this feature, highway users can share their experiences at toll plazas, report issues and provide suggestions to help NHAI identify areas that require improvement.
How the Toll Plaza Feedback Feature Works
NHAI has been encouraging National Highway users to share feedback to improve services at toll plazas. The new feature provides a simple and user-friendly way for commuters to communicate their experiences through the Rajmargyatra app.
Annual Pass users will receive a notification from the Rajmargyatra app after crossing a National Highway toll plaza, inviting them to share their feedback.
In addition, all users can access the ‘Toll Plaza Feedback’ option from the app’s menu section and submit feedback about any toll plaza.
The process allows users to:
- Rate their experience at a toll plaza on a given scale.
- Select options relevant to their journey.
- Add remarks or comments to explain their experience.
- Highlight issues that may require the attention of the authorities.
This facility enables commuters to share their feedback conveniently through the mobile app.

NHAI Aims to Improve Toll Plaza Services
The Toll Plaza Feedback feature is intended to help NHAI understand the experiences of highway users and identify areas where toll plaza services may need improvement.
Feedback from commuters can help the authority monitor service-related concerns and work towards addressing issues affecting the user experience.
The initiative also promotes greater citizen participation in improving the quality of services across the National Highway network.
NHAI Encourages Highway Users to Share Feedback
NHAI has encouraged National Highway users to actively use the new feedback feature on the Rajmargyatra app and share their experiences at toll plazas.
By collecting feedback from commuters, the authority aims to respond to user concerns, strengthen service delivery and make toll plaza operations more responsive to public needs.
The initiative reflects NHAI’s efforts to use digital platforms to improve communication with highway users and support more convenient and efficient road travel across the country.
