New Delhi: Ms. Premlata has been appointed as Executive Director (PMI & HRD) at the NTPC Corporate Centre with immediate effect. She will lead the PMI and Human Resource Development (HRD) functions at the corporate level, supporting NTPC’s focus on talent development and strengthening human resource initiatives.

With her new assignment, Premlata will be responsible for overseeing PMI and HRD functions at the NTPC Corporate Centre. Her role is expected to contribute to key human resource development initiatives and strengthen talent-focused functions across the organisation.

Prior to her new appointment, Premlata was serving as Executive Director (HR) at NSPCL-HQ. Her experience in human resource management and talent development provides relevant expertise for her new responsibilities at the NTPC Corporate Centre.
Her professional experience includes key areas of HR management and employee and talent development, supporting her transition into the corporate PMI and HRD leadership role.
