At the New Administrative Building, Arnab Maitra, Head of Project, NTPC Bongaigaon, led the Quality Pledge. Addressing employees, he emphasised that quality is not a one-time goal but an ongoing organisational discipline. He highlighted the critical role of quality in achieving operational efficiency, delivering reliable services, and maintaining trust among stakeholders, partners, and the community. At the New Service Building, Anurag Gupta, GM (O&M), administered the pledge in the presence of Ahmed Mustafa Choudhury, AGM (C&I), along with departmental representatives.
