New Delhi: Petronet LNG Limited organised its second Finance & IT Meet, ‘Catalyst’, on August 7 and 8, 2026, at the company’s Corporate Office in New Delhi.
The two-day event brought together Finance and IT professionals from various locations of the company for discussions, brainstorming sessions and knowledge sharing.
Domain experts also conducted interactive sessions focused on emerging trends and developments relevant to the organisation.
Petronet LNG Outlines Roadmap for Future-Ready Organisation
Director (Finance) and Chief Financial Officer Saurav Mitra, who initiated the ‘Catalyst’ platform last year, outlined the roadmap for the next phase of transformation at the company.
He highlighted six key focus areas for strengthening the Finance and IT functions:
- Automation
- Integrated systems
- Analytics
- Governance
- Cybersecurity
- Capability building
The focus is aimed at making the organisation more technology-driven while improving the efficiency and effectiveness of its internal processes.
Mitra emphasised that these initiatives should ultimately lead to stronger internal controls, faster decision-making and a more efficient, future-ready organisation.
