Gurugram: In a step towards promoting mental wellness and holistic health in the workplace, Power Grid Corporation of India Limited (POWERGRID), a Maharatna PSU under the Ministry of Power, organized a special session on “Stress Management and Yoga” at its Corporate Centre in Gurugram.
The session was led by renowned yoga expert Padma Shri Dr. H. R. Nagendra, Chancellor of S-VYASA (Swami Vivekananda Yoga Anusandhana Samsthana), a pioneer institution in the field of yogic sciences.

Dr. Nagendra was warmly felicitated by R. K. Tyagi, Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) of POWERGRID, in the presence of:
