Pradeep Tripathi has been appointed as a Non-Official Director (Independent Director) on the Board of Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), effective May 16, 2025.
About Pradeep Tripathi
Tripathi is a seasoned professional with postgraduate qualifications in commerce and hospital management, bringing over 20 years of experience across nonprofit, governmental, and private sectors. He has previously served as General Secretary of the Indian Red Cross Society (2022–2024) and has been a Board Member at the Madhya Pradesh Council of Science and Technology (MPCOST) since 2021. He is also the proprietor of Harsh Enterprises, a business he has managed since 1998.
His diverse leadership background and domain expertise are expected to add significant value to BEL’s governance and strategic direction.
