The Standing Conference of Public Enterprises (SCOPE), in collaboration with the Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICMAI), recently organized an interactive workshop on ‘GST: Issues & Implications’ at the SCOPE Complex in New Delhi.
Mr. Sandeep Kumar Gupta, Chairman of SCOPE and CMD of GAIL, inaugurated the workshop. The event also featured addresses by Mr. Atul Sobti, Director General of SCOPE, CMA Manoj Kumar Anand, and CMA Nisha Dewan from ICMAI.
With over 60 participants from various Public Sector Enterprises (PSEs), the workshop aimed to enhance participants’ understanding of GST’s evolving framework. The event included technical sessions, expert-led discussions, and case studies to provide in-depth insights.
Participants gained valuable knowledge on optimizing Input Tax Credit (ITC), mitigating risks, and ensuring compliance with the latest GST amendments and judgments.
