New Delhi: Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL) held its 23rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) on August 25, 2026, through video conferencing, with shareholders considering key financial and governance matters, including the declaration of a final dividend of ₹0.71 per equity share for FY 2025-26.
The AGM was chaired by Saleem Ahmed, Chairman & Managing Director of RVNL. A total of 117 members, including the authorised representative of the President of India, participated in the meeting. The required quorum remained present throughout the proceedings.
RVNL AGM Approves ₹0.71 Final Dividend for FY26
One of the key ordinary business items considered at the AGM was the declaration of a final dividend of ₹0.71 per fully paid-up equity share for the financial year 2025-26.
Shareholders also adopted the audited standalone and consolidated financial statements of RVNL for the year ended March 31, 2026.

During the AGM, the Chairman presented an overview of RVNL’s performance during FY26. The presentation covered the company’s financial and physical performance, Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs), human resource development, corporate social responsibility, MoU performance, corporate governance and future outlook.

M/s Sinha & Srivastava LLP was appointed as the scrutinizer for the voting process. The results of the remote e-voting and e-voting conducted during the AGM will be notified to the stock exchanges and uploaded on the company’s website within the prescribed timeline.
