New Delhi: Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL) has received a Letter of Acceptance (LoA) from NMDC Limited for the construction of a residential campus for senior and board-level executives in Hyderabad. The project is valued at approximately ₹39.21 crore and will be executed within 15 months.
The company disclosed the development to stock exchanges in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
Project Details and Scope of Work
The contract pertains to the construction of a residential campus at Banjara Hills, Hyderabad (Phase-II). The project involves developing modern residential infrastructure for senior executives of NMDC.

- Total project value of ₹39.21 crore (inclusive of 18% GST)
- Execution timeline of 15 months
- Awarded by a domestic entity under standard contract terms
- Focus on residential infrastructure for senior and board-level executives
The company stated that the project falls within its normal course of business and reflects its continued role in infrastructure development.

Regulatory Compliance and Transparency
RVNL confirmed that the transaction does not fall under related party transactions. The company also clarified that neither its promoters nor promoter group entities have any interest in NMDC Limited.
Additionally, the disclosure has been made in accordance with the SEBI Master Circular dated 30 January 2026, ensuring regulatory transparency and compliance.
Recent Order Win from South Central Railway
Earlier in April 2026, RVNL secured another significant contract from South Central Railway valued at ₹242.49 crore.
This project involves:
- Design, supply, erection, testing, and commissioning of overhead equipment (OHE)
- Upgradation from 1x25kV to 2x25kV AT feeding system
- Coverage of Ongole (OGL) to Gudur (GDR) section under Vijayawada division
- Total stretch of 154 RKM / 462 TKM
- Execution period of 24 months
These consecutive order wins highlight RVNL’s strong presence in infrastructure and railway electrification projects.
