Two senior IAS officers were given additional charge at the centre. These two officers are Mr. Tuhin Kanta Pandey and Mr. Subhas Chandra Lal Das.
Mr. Pandey, who is a 1987-batch Odisha cadre IAS officer and the incumbent Secretary in the Department of Investment and Public Asset Management, has been given additional charge as Secretary in the Department of Public Enterprises upon the superannuation of IAS Ali Raza Rizvi (1988-batch Himachal Pradesh cadre).
Mr. Das, a 1992-batch AGMUT cadre IAS officer and presently working as the Secretary in the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, received an additional charge as Secretary in the Ministry of Steel upon the superannuation of IAS Nagendra Nath Sinha (1987-batch Jharkhand cadre).
