Devotees Seek Clarity on Larger Development Plan
The tender has drawn criticism from some Tapti devotees amid reports and discussions concerning a proposed ₹100-crore development plan for Tapti Mahalok.
Devotees quoted in the report said that instead of issuing multiple smaller tenders for different components, the broader development plan should be presented clearly and its works taken up in a coordinated manner.
They also sought details of the overall plan and the proposed allocation of funds for the Tapti Mahalok project.
The tender marks the latest reported development work proposed at the Tapti River’s origin site, while devotees have called for greater clarity on the broader development plan.
