Tripura govt extended two years fixed term of DGP

The Tripura government announced the appointment of IPS V S Yadav as Director General of Police (DGP) for two years.

Yadav is a 1987-batch officer and will serve a period of two years (irrespective of his date of superannuation) from the date of his assumption of charge (w.e.f. 17.11.2020).
