UP RERA Clears 15 Major Real Estate Projects in Uttar Pradesh, Investment Crosses ₹3,069 Crore

Lucknow: The Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (UPRERA) has approved 15 new residential and commercial projects across seven districts, with a combined investment of over ₹3,069.10 crore. The clearances are expected to boost the state’s construction sector, generate employment, and expand quality residential and commercial infrastructure.

Lucknow

  • Number of Projects: 2 residential
  • Investment: ₹328.04 crore
  • Units: 414 residential units

Gautam Buddh Nagar

  • Number of Projects: 4 (2 residential, 2 commercial)
  • Investment: ₹1,092.19 crore
  • Units: 396 residential + 433 commercial
  • Note: District with the highest number of projects and investment

  • Number of Projects: 1 residential
  • Investment: ₹243.62 crore
  • Units: 512 units

Mathura

  • Number of Projects: 1 residential + 1 commercial
  • Investment: ₹40.61 crore
  • Units: 347 units

Moradabad

  • Number of Projects: 2 residential
  • Investment: ₹112.25 crore
  • Units: 196 units

Boost to Employment and Real Estate Sector

Sanjay Bhoosreddy, Chairman of UPRERA, stated,
“An investment of ₹3,069.10 crore will not only strengthen the construction sector but also create new employment opportunities and ensure the availability of quality residential and commercial infrastructure.”

Experts note that approvals of commercial and mixed-use projects in Gautam Buddh Nagar, Agra, and Mathura indicate rising business activity and growing investment potential in Uttar Pradesh.

Economic Impact

The newly approved projects are expected to generate large-scale direct and indirect employment, stimulate the real estate and construction sectors, and provide modern residential and commercial facilities to urban centers across the state.
