In Kanpur, Deputy Commissioner of Police Raveena Tyagi has been made Superintendent of Police, Women and Child Protection Organization.
At the same time, Padmaja Chauhan, who is currently holding the post of Additional Director General of Police, Fire and Emergency Services (Headquarters Lucknow), has also been given additional charge.
Padmaja Chauhan will now also monitor women empowerment programs in the Women and Child Protection Organization.
