Ms. Dubey, who secured the first rank in the prestigious examination, is the daughter of Mr. Devendra Kumar Dwivedi, a sub-inspector currently serving in the Commissionerate of Prayagraj. Her achievement has brought immense pride to the police fraternity and the state of Uttar Pradesh.
Congratulating her, DGP Prashant Kumar remarked, “Shakti Dubey’s exceptional success has made not just the police family, but the entire state proud. Her dedication and hard work are an inspiration to many aspiring civil servants.”
During her visit, Ms. Dubey also interacted with children of police personnel who are preparing for competitive exams. Addressing their queries and motivating them, she emphasized that the choice of language— Hindi or English—is never a barrier in cracking the UPSC examination. “What matters is your determination and focus,” she said.
The event was a celebration of both personal achievement and the spirit of inspiration that Ms. Dubey’s success has ignited within the larger community.
