Dehradun: Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami has launched a special album showcasing the state government’s development journey over the past five years.
The album, produced jointly by Panchvati Films Production and Adarsh Sanstha, aims to take the government’s development work and welfare initiatives to people through music.
Development Story Through Music
Dhami said music and art can connect directly with people and provide an effective way to showcase Uttarakhand’s cultural heritage and development.
The album highlights the government’s achievements and public welfare initiatives while combining the state’s cultural identity with its development narrative.

Focus on Jobs, Tourism and Women
The Chief Minister said his government continues to focus on creating employment and self-employment opportunities for youth, promoting tourism and strengthening women’s empowerment.
He also stressed the importance of protecting Uttarakhand’s traditions, culture and distinct identity while accelerating development across the state.
Artists Honoured
Dhami congratulated and honoured the artists involved in creating the album. The recognised artists included producer Uttam Singh Bhandari, singers Vikram Bhandari and Shivani Negi, and music composer Vijaypal Kaluda.
He said their creative contribution would help communicate Uttarakhand’s development story to a wider audience.
Asha Kothari Welcomes CM
Adarsh Sanstha president Asha Kothari welcomed Dhami with a shawl and presented him with a memento. She praised the development initiatives and decisions taken under his leadership.
Kothari chaired the programme, while organisation secretary Harish Kothari conducted the event.
Dignitaries Attend Launch
The event was attended by several dignitaries, including Yuva Morcha Pachhwadun district president Vinayak Nautiyal, Pradeep Duggal, Vijay Aswal, Shobhit Uniyal, Girish Bhatt, Laxmi Narayan Navani, Aditya Nautiyal, Sahdev Singh Bisht and Sapna Jawadi.
The album offers a cultural approach to communicating the Uttarakhand government’s five-year development journey, bringing together themes of development, welfare, tourism, employment and women’s empowerment.
