The Home Department issued the transfer orders on Friday, with changes implemented across key policing divisions including Crime, Law and Order, CID, SDRF, Cyber Crime, Traffic, and the Kumaon Range.

The reshuffle is being viewed as part of preparations for the upcoming Kumbh Mela 2027 and efforts to further strengthen law and order management across the state.
