The officer posted on X, “Perhaps inspired by India’s good performances, concentrated hard and reached my hundred in the 31st over in Sunday one day HCA league cricket! Batting long and hard and bowling my quota of overs very tightly, is my way of meditating as it requires lot of focus and at the end of the day I feel totally mentally refreshed, though physically at this age, it hurts a little!”
