On National Sports Day, some civil servants are giving netizens some major fitness goals. One such officer is Ms. Anissa Nabi from Jammu & Kashmir. She posted a photograph of hers along with a few words on X, on the importance of sports in our lives. She wrote that sports teaches important life lessons, that includes discipline, focus, resilience, teamwork, and leadership.
The officer is an athlete herself and loves running. She is also a Fit India Ambassador!
