IFS officer Mr. Parveen Kaswan was on a elephant safari when he spotted rhinos having pool party of their own. He has shared the video from his official handle on X. Mr. Kaswan who was earlier posted in Buxa tiger reserve has now been posted to Jaldapara national park, West Bengal.
