After listening to Jumman, the DM ordered the Naib Tehsildar present there to investigate the matter and submit the report within twenty-four hours. The investigation started on the order was completed in 24 hours. Jumman’s point proved to be correct in this. After the report of Naib Tehsildar, the District Magistrate, taking a strict stand in this matter, directed departmental action against the Lekhpal involved in the fraud and ordered to re-register the name of Jumman, who was declared dead in Khatauni.

After his father’s name came back in Khatauni, Jumman’s son told that in Khatauni his father’s name was registered after showing him dead. Now, because of the DM and the Chief Minister, he has got back the papers of his land. I thank him for this. District Magistrate Dinesh Chandra Singh said that according to the intention of the Chief Minister, it is his priority to provide speedy justice to the victim in any situation. Told that 0.3340 hectare land of Gata number 691 of Tehsil’s account number 00116 belonged to Jumman son Gafoor. It was fraudulently registered in their names by the land mafia. This episode was pending for the last four years, which has been rectified in twenty-four hours.
