Mr. Soren paid tribute to the late Dishom Guru Mr. Shibu Soren, the pioneer of the Jharkhand movement. He called Mr. Soren a symbol of Jharkhand’s spirit, struggle, and self-respect, whose leadership transformed the movement into a mass movement, ultimately leading to state formation. The Chief Minister noted that Mr. Soren’s ideals continue to inspire governance and public service in the state.

Recognizing Excellence in Public Service and Legislature

During the program, Mr. Hemant Soren congratulated Mr. Raj Sinha for being selected as the Outstanding MLA, a symbol of discipline, integrity, and the dignity of public representation. Literature, Sports, and Cultural Achievements Celebrated

The celebrations also included the release of biographies of Assembly members, the book “Sadan Samvad,” and the 99th and 100th issues of the Assembly’s magazine “Udaan.” Athletes, students, literary figures, and former MLAs were felicitated, showcasing the state’s commitment to cultural, academic, and sporting excellence.

Commitment to Public Service and Development

Both the Governor and the Chief Minister highlighted that public service is an opportunity to deliver justice, transparency, and responsive governance. Mr. Gangwar urged legislators to maintain the dignity of the Assembly while ensuring that the aspirations and rights of the people remain central to policy and governance decisions.
