On the vibrant occasion of Uttarakhand’s traditional folk festival Igas Bagwal, renowned film and comedy artists from across India met Chief Minister Mr. Pushkar Singh Dhami in Dehradun late last evening. The Igas Bagwal festival, also known as Budhi Diwali, is celebrated 11 days after Diwali. It pays homage to Goddess Nanda Devi, symbolizing gratitude for harvest, fertility, and prosperity.
