The Ministry of Tourism, Government of India, vide order dated 15.05.2025, has communicated that the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the appointment of Malay Sinha as Non-Official Director (NoD) on the Board of India Tourism Development Corporation (ITDC) for a period of three years.
The formal process of appointment is currently underway, and Malay Sinha is yet to obtain a Director Identification Number (DIN).
Additionally, the mandatory declaration regarding non-debarment from holding the office of Director under any order from SEBI or other competent authorities.

The India Tourism Development Corporation (ITDC) is a hospitality, retail and education company owned by the Government of India, under the administration of the Ministry of Tourism. Established in 1966, it owns over 17 properties under the Ashok Group of Hotels brand, across India.
