Faridabad: NHPC Limited organised a free multi-specialty medical camp at its Corporate Office in Faridabad on September 16, 2026, in collaboration with Indraprastha Apollo Hospital, New Delhi.
The camp was inaugurated by Bhupender Gupta, CMD, NHPC. It was organised to provide accessible health check-up facilities to NHPC employees, contract staff, security personnel and their family members.
A total of 222 people benefited from the medical camp, which offered a range of health screening and diagnostic services.
Multiple Health Check-Up Services Offered
The medical camp provided several health check-up facilities covering different areas of preventive healthcare.
The services available at the camp included:
- Eye check-up
- Dental check-up
- Electrocardiogram (ECG)
- Bone densitometry
- Pulmonary Function Test (PFT)
- Blood sugar testing
- Cholesterol testing
The facilities were made available to employees, contract personnel, security staff and their eligible family members.

222 People Benefit from NHPC Medical Camp
According to NHPC, a total of 222 persons availed themselves of the health services provided during the camp.
The initiative was aimed at enabling employees and their families to access multiple health screening services at the workplace. The camp also supported early health assessment through routine diagnostic and preventive check-ups.

Several senior NHPC officials were present during the inauguration and conduct of the medical camp.

NHPC Focuses on Employee Health and Well-Being
The free multi-specialty medical camp was organised as an employee welfare initiative, bringing multiple health screening services together at the NHPC Corporate Office.
By providing facilities such as eye and dental examinations, ECG, pulmonary function testing, bone health assessment and blood sugar and cholesterol testing, the camp enabled participants to undergo a range of basic health checks in one location.
