In a major bureaucratic reshuffle, the Uttar Pradesh government led by Mr. Yogi Adityanath has transferred 13 IPS officers. The list includes Superintendent Police (SP) of Hamirpur, Kanpur Dehat, Hardoi, Raebareli, Unnao, Siddharthanagar, Kushinagar, and Lakhimpur Kheri.
2008-batch IPS officer, Suresh Anand Rao Kulkarni who was currently serving as the SP in EOW (Economic Offences Wing), Lucknow has been transferred and appointed as the SP of Unnao replacing Rohan P Kanay. 2009-batch IPS officer, Rohan Kanay has been appointed as PAC, Prayagraj.
SP of Kanpur Dehat, Anurag Vats has been transferred and appointed as the SP of Hardoi replacing Amit Kumar. Whereas, Amit Kumar who is a 2013-batch IPS officer and the SP of Hardoi has been transferred and appointed as the SP, UP 112, Lucknow.
Ram Abhilash Tripathi who was currently serving as the SP, Muzaffarnagar (Transport) has been transferred and posted as the SP of Siddharthnagar replacing Vijay Dhull. Dhull will now be holding the position of SP Lakhimpur Kheri.
Satendra Kumar who was serving as the SP of Kheri, has now been transferred and appointed as Commandant, PAC, Muradabad.
2011-batch IPS officer, Swapnil Mamgain who was serving as the SP of Raebareli, has now been promoted as the Deputy Commissioner, Lucknow. Mamgain has been replaced by Shlok Kumar who was serving as the SP of Hamirpur. Whereas, Sholk Kumar has been replaced by SP Prayagraj Ganga par, Narendra Kumar Singh.
Vinod Kumar Singh, SSP ATS, Lucknow has been transferred and appointed as the SP of Kushinagar replacing Vinof Kumar Mishra. Mishra will now be holding the position of SP, CBCID.
Lastly, 2009-batch IPS officer Keshav Kumar Chaudhary who was currently serving as the Commandant, PAC, Lucknow, has now been made the new SP of Kanpur Dehat.
