New Delhi: The Airports Authority of India (AAI) has signed Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) with Novo Cabs and WTI Cabs to strengthen last-mile connectivity for air travellers across the country.
The initiative aims to provide seamless, affordable, and reliable transport services for passengers travelling to and from airports, enhancing the overall travel experience.
MoUs Exchanged in Presence of AAI HR Member
The agreements were formally exchanged in the presence of Nivedita Dubey, Member (HR), AAI, along with senior officials from AAI and representatives of the cab aggregators.
AAI stated that the partnerships reaffirm its commitment to building a world-class, passenger-centric airport ecosystem in India.

Novo Cabs to Serve Jammu and Srinagar Airports
Under the agreement:
- Novo Cabs will provide dedicated cab services for passengers at Jammu and Srinagar airports
- The service aims to improve accessibility in the region
- Focus on affordable and smooth onward travel for passengers
WTI Cabs to Operate Across Major Airports
WTI Cabs will offer transportation services across multiple major airports in India, ensuring better connectivity for both domestic and international travellers.
The service is designed to improve availability of organized and reliable ground transport at airport locations nationwide.
Focus on Last-Mile Connectivity in Aviation Sector
AAI highlighted that last-mile connectivity is a crucial part of the aviation ecosystem, directly impacting passenger comfort and travel efficiency.
Through these partnerships, AAI aims to:
