New Delhi: BEML Limited has been recognised with the “Maximum Order Value to MSEs” award at the 10th Foundation Day celebrations of the Government e-Marketplace (GeM), acknowledging the company’s contribution to procurement from Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) through the government’s digital procurement platform.
Union Minister for Commerce and Industry Piyush Goyal presented the award to BEML at the event held at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi. Anil Jerath, Director (Finance), BEML Ltd, received the award on behalf of the company.
BEML Recognised for MSE Procurement Through GeM
The award recognises BEML’s continued efforts to increase procurement from Micro and Small Enterprises through the GeM platform. BEML’s procurement initiatives are aimed at encouraging greater participation of smaller enterprises in public procurement and creating more opportunities for MSEs to participate in government business.

The award was presented by Union Commerce and Industry Minister Piyush Goyal during GeM’s 10th Foundation Day celebrations. Anil Jerath, Director (Finance), BEML, accepted the award on behalf of the company.
