BPCL Signs 3-Year Agreement with 1to1Help to Extend RoshniPlus Employee Assistance Program Till 2029

Delhi: Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) has signed a three-year agreement with 1to1Help to continue its RoshniPlus Employee Assistance Program (EAP) until March 31, 2029. The initiative reinforces BPCL’s commitment to employee mental health, emotional well-being, and a supportive workplace culture.

The agreement was signed in the presence of senior officials including Mr. Deepak Jain, CGM Sports (HRS) CO, Mr. V R Sudhakar, GM Sports & ESE CO, and Mr. Brij Dutta, DGM Sports (ESE) CO.

About the RoshniPlus Employee Assistance Program

RoshniPlus is BPCL’s dedicated Employee Assistance Program designed to support the emotional, mental, and overall well-being of:

  • Current employees
  • Retired employees
  • Dependent family members

Through its partnership with 1to1Help, the program offers free and confidential access to professional support services aimed at improving mental wellness and life balance.
