Gorakhpur: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, during his ongoing stay in Gorakhpur, attended the ‘Janata Darshan’ for the second consecutive day at the Gorakhnath Temple premises. The Chief Minister met around 150 people and personally listened to their grievances, assuring prompt resolution of their problems.

He reviewed individual applications, took them into his own hands, and directed officials to ensure timely and satisfactory disposal of all complaints.

Strict Action Ordered Against Land Mafia and Revenue Irregularities

During the public hearing, several people raised complaints related to land disputes and alleged negligence by revenue officials.

Taking a strong stance, CM Yogi directed the District Magistrate and other officials to take strict action in cases of negligence. He also warned that any laxity in handling land-related issues would lead to suspension.

He made it clear that no leniency would be shown towards land mafias and instructed authorities to ensure justice for affected citizens.

CM Yogi emphasized that no eligible person should be deprived of government healthcare benefits. He directed officials to ensure that Ayushman Bharat cards are made for all eligible beneficiaries on a priority basis.

For patients seeking financial assistance for treatment, the Chief Minister assured support through the discretionary fund if required. He reiterated that the government would fully support serious medical cases and ensure that no one is left without treatment due to financial constraints.

CM Listens to Around 150 Grievances, Ensures Time-Bound Action

During the Janata Darshan session held at the Mahant Digvijaynath Smriti Bhavan outside the temple complex, the Chief Minister met approximately 150 complainants.

He personally reviewed petitions related to land disputes, housing issues, and medical assistance. In one case, where a woman complained about being evicted from her home, CM Yogi directed officials to ensure she is given possession of the house.

He instructed administrative and police officers to take up each complaint and ensure fair, time-bound, and satisfactory resolution.

Government Committed to Helping Every Needy Citizen

Addressing the attendees, CM Yogi assured that the government stands firmly with every needy citizen.

He said, “No one should be deprived of government welfare schemes. The government is working with full sensitivity for every citizen.”

He also assured families seeking medical assistance that the government would extend financial support through appropriate channels whenever required.

Gau Seva and Interaction with Children at Gorakhnath Temple

As part of his daily routine during his Gorakhpur visit, CM Yogi Adityanath visited the temple cowshed (gaushala) after offering prayers to Guru Gorakhnath and his spiritual mentor Mahant Avaidyanath.

He performed ‘Gau Seva’ by feeding cows with jaggery and food with his own hands, showing affection toward the animals.

During his visit within the temple premises, he also interacted warmly with children accompanying their families. He asked about their studies, blessed them, distributed chocolates, and encouraged them to study hard and progress in life.

The Janata Darshan event in Gorakhpur once again highlighted CM Yogi Adityanath’s focus on direct public engagement, strict administrative accountability, healthcare accessibility, and swift grievance redressal. The Chief Minister reiterated that the government remains committed to ensuring justice, welfare, and support for every citizen.
