Mumbai: Cochin Shipyard Limited (CSL) has appointed Dr. Vani Ahluwalia as a Non-official (Independent) Director on its Board of Directors. The appointment, made by the Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Waterways, Government of India, is effective from August 17, 2026.
Dr. Ahluwalia has been appointed for a period of three years or until further orders, whichever is earlier. She brings more than 25 years of professional experience across healthcare, public health, administration and the social sector.
