New Delhi: Container Corporation of India Limited (CONCOR), a Navratna Central Public Sector Enterprise (CPSE) under the Ministry of Railways, has announced its unaudited financial results for the first quarter of FY27 ended June 30, 2026.
The company reported a standalone net profit of ₹277.65 crore, registering a growth of 7.73% year-on-year compared with ₹257.71 crore in the same quarter last year.
On a consolidated basis, CONCOR posted a net profit of ₹268.90 crore during Q1 FY27.
The company’s performance was supported by steady growth in operations, with the EXIM (Export-Import) segment emerging as the key contributor.

EXIM Segment Remains Major Growth Driver
CONCOR’s EXIM segment continued to be the primary contributor to revenue and profitability during the quarter.

- Revenue: ₹720.50 crore

CONCOR Declares ₹1.60 Interim Dividend for FY27
The Board of Directors of CONCOR has approved an interim dividend of ₹1.60 per equity share with a face value of ₹5 for FY 2026-27.

- Dividend Rate: 32%
- Total Dividend Amount: ₹121.86 crore
- Record Date: August 4, 2026
- Payment Date: On or after August 12, 2026
The dividend reflects the company’s continued commitment towards providing returns to shareholders.
Operational Developments and Corporate Updates
Bonus Shares Issued
CONCOR allotted 15,23,23,587 fully paid-up bonus shares in a 1:4 ratio on July 7, 2025.
Following the allotment:
- Paid-up share capital increased to ₹380.81 crore.
- Total equity shares stood at 76,16,17,935 shares with a face value of ₹5 each.
Land License Fee Accounting Update
CONCOR has accounted for Land License Fee (LLF) of ₹112.87 crore for Q1 FY27 based on its assessment under the Master Circular dated October 4, 2022.
However, the company stated that:
- The LLF amount is not final.
- Right of Use (ROU) assets have not been recognised due to uncertainty regarding lease terms.
Auditors have highlighted this matter as an Emphasis of Matter related to accounting treatment under Ind AS 116.
Auditor Highlights Regulatory Compliance Issue
Auditors also noted that as of June 30, 2026, CONCOR had only one Independent Director on its Board.
The observation relates to compliance requirements under:
- Section 149(4) of the Companies Act, 2013.
- SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements (LODR) Regulations.
