Engineers India Limited (EIL) Celebrates 30 Years of Operations in Abu Dhabi, Launches Commemorative Coffee Table Book

New Delhi: Engineers India Limited (EIL), a premier public sector engineering company of India, celebrated the 30th anniversary of its operations in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The EIL-Abu Dhabi office, established in 1996, has grown over the past three decades from a modest setup into a strategic engineering hub offering comprehensive engineering, procurement, and project management services to a diverse clientele across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.

Launch of Commemorative Coffee Table Book

To mark this significant milestone, EIL launched a Coffee Table Book highlighting its remarkable journey, major achievements, and contributions to the growth of the UAE’s oil, gas, and energy sectors. The launch ceremony took place at the EIL Engineering Hub in Abu Dhabi and was graced by Mr. Pankaj Jain, Secretary, Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, Government of India. The event also saw the presence of EIL Chairman & Managing Director, Ms. Vartika Shukla, along with senior leaders and dignitaries from India’s oil and gas industry.

The Coffee Table Book captures the evolution of EIL in Abu Dhabi, showcasing key projects, strategic partnerships, and its sustained focus on delivering high-quality engineering and project solutions. It also highlights EIL’s efforts in enhancing the In-Country Value (ICV) in the UAE and its significant economic contributions to the region over the past 30 years.

EIL’s Commitment to the UAE and the MENA Region

Since its inception in Abu Dhabi, EIL has played a vital role in supporting the region’s energy infrastructure and development goals. Ms. Vartika Shukla, CMD of EIL, expressed her pride in the company’s journey, stating, “Celebrating 30 years in Abu Dhabi reflects the dedication and hard work of our teams in India and the UAE. Mr. Pankaj Jain, Secretary, Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, Government of India, lauded EIL’s three-decade-long journey in the UAE, emphasizing the importance of enhancing bilateral ties and promoting Indian expertise in international energy projects.
