Over 2,000 Complaints Resolved Successfully

Since the app’s launch, a total of 2,239 complaints have been received as of 9 February 2026, out of which 2,097 complaints have been successfully resolved. • Darbhanga Division (Chief Engineer-6): 476 complaints received, 448 resolved

These divisions have reported the highest number of complaints, reflecting active citizen participation in improving rural infrastructure.

How to Register a Complaint

The “Hamara Bihar, Hamari Sadak” app is available on Google Play Store. Residents can log in using their mobile number, select their district, block, panchayat, and village, and upload relevant information and photos of damaged roads or culverts. Complaints are immediately forwarded to the concerned officials for action.

Timely Repairs and Accountability

Departmental guidelines require officials to inspect reported sites within a specified timeframe and complete repair work promptly. Once the work is done, photos and reports are uploaded on the app for the complainant to track progress. Officials failing to adhere to timelines face departmental action, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Impact on Rural Infrastructure

The app has significantly improved traffic and road conditions in rural Bihar while encouraging active citizen participation in governance. By leveraging modern technology, the initiative is accelerating the development of rural infrastructure and strengthening the link between citizens and government services.
