Madhya Pradesh to Get ₹300 Crore Investment from Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages After CM Mohan Yadav Meeting

Bhopal: Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages is planning a major investment of ₹300 crore in Madhya Pradesh, following a high-level meeting between Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav and the company’s Chief Executive Officer Hemant Rupani at the state secretariat.

The announcement highlights the company’s continued expansion in India and reinforces Madhya Pradesh’s positioning as an emerging industrial and food processing hub.

During the courtesy meeting in Bhopal, CEO Hemant Rupani met Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav and discussed opportunities in the state’s food processing and beverage sector.

The Chief Minister briefed the delegation about various state government initiatives and schemes aimed at promoting food processing industries and boosting investment-friendly infrastructure across Madhya Pradesh.

Rupani appreciated the state government’s investor-friendly policies and expressed confidence in the business environment being created under the current industrial framework.

₹300 Crore Investment Plan to Boost Industrial Growth

Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages informed the state government of its plan to invest approximately ₹300 crore in Madhya Pradesh.

The proposed investment is expected to:

  • Strengthen manufacturing and supply chain capabilities in the state
  • Generate new employment opportunities
  • Support expansion in the beverage and allied sectors
  • Enhance local industrial development

Officials indicated that the investment aligns with the company’s long-term growth strategy in central India.

The company already operates a production unit in the PiloKhedi Industrial Area of Rajgarh district, which has been contributing to local industrial activity and employment.

The new investment plan is expected to further expand the company’s operational footprint in the state and potentially upgrade or scale existing infrastructure.

Several senior officials from Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages and the state administration were present during the discussion, including:

  • Senior officials from the Department of Industrial Policy and Investment Promotion, Government of Madhya Pradesh

The meeting focused on investment facilitation, policy support, and future expansion opportunities in the state.
