CMD Sanjay Kulshrestha Highlights Strong Financial and Operational Performance

Commenting on the half-yearly financial results,Sanjay Kulshrestha, Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) of HUDCO, said that the Corporation had delivered a robust financial and operational performance, driven by strong growth in loan sanctions and disbursements, sustained profitability and expansion of its loan portfolio.

He highlighted that HUDCO’s prudent financial management and focused risk mitigation measures had further strengthened its balance sheet, resulting in a significant improvement in asset quality and a reduction in non-performing assets.

The CMD reaffirmed HUDCO’s commitment to financing India’s urban infrastructure development and contributing to the vision of Viksit Bharat.

He further stated that with strong business momentum, healthy financial fundamentals and industry-leading asset quality, HUDCO is well-positioned to sustain its growth trajectory in the second half of FY 2026–27.
