1998 batch IAS officer R Ramakrishnan of Nagaland cadre who is presently the Senior Deputy Director General (Admn.) (JS Level), Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) under the department of health research has been given premature repatriation to his parent cadre on grounds of availing promotion in the cadre.
