Five IAS officers of 1993 batch have been promoted from Additional Chief Secretary grade to Chief Secretary grade. The MK Stalin led Tamil Nadu State Government has issued the orders for promotions.
The name of the officers who all have been given the responsibility are given below-
IAS officer Sunil Paliwal, posted as Chairman in Chennai Port Authority, has been given the responsibility of Chief Secretary grade rank.
IAS officer Dheeraj Kumar has been made the Chief Secretary. He held the post of Additional Chief Secretary in the Department of Information Technology and Digital Services, Chennai.
IAS Dr K Manivasan has been made Chief Secretary rank grade. He was working as Additional Chief Secretary in the Department of Tourism, Culture and Religious Endowments, Chennai.
IAS officer Gagandeep Singh Bedi, serving as Additional Chief Secretary, Department of Health and Family Welfare, Chennai, has been elevated to the post of Chief Secretary in the same department.
IAS S Vijaykumar, who was the Chairman and Managing Director of Tamil Nadu Urban Infrastructure Financial Services Limited, has been promoted to the post of Chief Secretary.
