New Delhi: In a major step toward strengthening India’s logistics and e-commerce ecosystem, the Department of Posts under the Ministry of Communications has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with DTDC Express Limited.
The agreement was formalized at Dak Bhawan by Neeraj Kumar Jha, General Manager of Parcel Directorate, and Abhishek Chakraborty, in the presence of senior officials from both organizations.
Strategic Partnership to Enhance Nationwide Parcel Delivery
The MoU aims to combine the extensive infrastructure of the Department of Posts with DTDC’s logistics expertise to improve parcel delivery services across the country.
This collaboration, which builds on an association that began in 2025, will enable DTDC to leverage India Post’s vast network for efficient nationwide deliveries, including Cash on Delivery (COD) services—crucial for the growing e-commerce market.
