The Election Commission of India has ordered the transfer of two IPS officers in Andhra Pradesh. Mr. PSR Anjaneyulu (1992 batch), the incumbent Intelligence Director General and Mr. Kanthi Rana Tata (2004 batch), the Commissioner of Police from Vijayawada, were transferred and given non-election-related duties until the conclusion of the 2024 Lok Sabha polls.
