Senior IPS officer Mr. Raja Srivastava, a 1994-batch Uttar Pradesh cadre IPS officer, has been appointed as Additional Director General (ADG) in the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF). According to an order issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) on November 23, 2024, his appointment has been approved against an existing vacancy under the usual terms of the IPS Tenure Policy. Mr. Srivastava is currently serving as ADG, Personnel, in the Uttar Pradesh cadre.
