New Delhi: IRCON International Limited has appointed Ms. Suman Bala as an Independent (Part-Time Non-official) Director on its Board, effective August 17, 2026. The appointment has been made following an order issued by the Ministry of Railways and approved by IRCON’s Board of Directors.
Suman Bala’s appointment is effective from the date of her registration in the Independent Directors Data Bank maintained by the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA). She will serve for a period of three years, or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
