CBDT: 24 IRS-IT Officers Appointed As Chief Commissioner IT & DG IT At Various Locations

The CBDT has assigned new responsibilities to these officers in the grade of Chief Commissioner of Income Tax/Director General of Income Tax

As many as 24 Indian Revenue Services (IRS _IT) Officer have been posted as Chief Commissioner IT and DG IT at various locations by the Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT).

The CBDT has assigned new responsibilities to these officers in the grade of Chief Commissioner of Income Tax/Director General of Income Tax.

The names of these officers are given below-

(I) Promotion Cases
Sanjay Rai has been posted as CCIT, Madurai. Ram Bilas Mishra has been posted as CCIT, Kolkata-4.
Parneet Mahal Suri has been posted as CCIT, Indore. Mithilesh Kumar Jha has been posted as CCIT, Chennai-3

(II) Other Cases
Govind Lal has been posted as CCIT-1, Delhi and will continue to hold the additional charge of IBS, Delhi and Kolkata. Krishna Murari has been posted as CCIT-1, Chennai. Rasmi Ranjan Das has been posted as CCIT (International Taxation), Delhi. Salagala Narasamma has been posted as CCIT, Hyderabad.

While, Anand Jha has been posted as CCIT-2, Delhi. He will continue to hold the additional charge of IBS, Delhi and Kolkata.

In addition, the following additional charge arrangement in the grade of Chief Commissioner of Income Tax/ Director Generals of Income Tax has been ordered.

Dr Prafula Kumar Prusty, CCIT, Delhi-7, has been entrusted with additional charge of CCIT, Delhi-9.

Govind Lal, Member-1, Interim Board for Settlement I, Delhi, has been entrusted with additional charge of CCIT-1, Delhi.

Peeyush Jain, Member-2, Interim Board for Settlement I, Delhi, has been entrusted with additional charge of CCIT(TDS), Delhi.

Anand Jha, Member-3, Interim Board for Settlement I, Delhi, has been entrusted with additional charge of CCIT-2, Delhi.

Govind Lal, Member-1, Interim Boa,rd for Settlement II, Delhi, has been entrusted with additional charge of CCIT-1, Delhi.

Peeyush Jain, Member-2, Interim Board for Settlement II, Delhi, has been entrusted with additional charge of CCIT (TDS), Delhi.

Anand Jha, Member-3, Interim Board for Settlement II, Delhi, has been entrusted with additional charge of CCIT-2, Delhi.

Naresh Kumar Balodia, Member-1, Interim Board for Settlement-V, Mumbai, has been entrusted with additional charge of CCIT, Mumbai-6.

M Anil Kumar, Member-2, Interim Board for Settlement-V, Mumbai, has been entrusted with additional charge of CCIT, Mumbai-8.

Lalit Krishan Singh Dehiya, Member-3, Interim Board for Settlement-V, Mumbai, has been entrusted with additional charge of CCIT-4, Mumbai.

Naresh Kumar Balodia, Member-1, Interim Board for Settlement-VI, Mumbai, has been entrusted with additional charge of CCIT, Mumbai-6.
