The government of Karnataka lately orchestrated a minor bureaucratic reshuffle by transferring three IAS officers and one IPS officer across the state.
The names of the officers and their postings are as follows;
- Mr. Sivakumar KB, a 2010-batch IAS officer, has been posted as Commissioner in the Karnataka State Disaster Management Authority, Bengaluru.
- Mr. Rajendra KV, a 2013-batch IAS officer, last posted as the Director of Tourism in Bengaluru, has been transferred and posted as the Managing Director of the Karnataka State Tourism Development Corporation, Bengaluru, with concurrent charge of Director of Tourism, Bengaluru.
- Ms. Vyshali ML, another 2013-batch IAS officer, has been posted as Managing Director in the Hubballi Electricity Supply Company Limited (HESCOM).
- Mr. R Chethan, a 2010-batch IPS officer, last posted as DIG/Police Commissioner of Kalaburagi, has been asked to assume charge as Commissioner of the Department of Youth Empowerment and Sports.
