Bhopal: Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav has appealed to citizens across the state to actively participate in a special online yoga session being organized by the Ministry of Ayush on June 14 ahead of International Yoga Day 2026.
He also encouraged people to adopt yoga as a daily lifestyle practice and contribute to the “Har Ghar Yoga” initiative aimed at setting a Guinness World Record.
Special Online Yoga Session on June 14
The Ministry of Ayush will conduct a special online yoga session on June 14 from 6:30 AM to 7:35 AM as part of the countdown to International Yoga Day 2026.
The Chief Minister urged participation from:
- Youth
- Women
- Senior citizens
- Students
- Government employees
- Social organizations
He emphasized that such initiatives help build a healthier and more aware society.

Yoga as India’s Ancient Knowledge Tradition

He noted that under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, International Yoga Day has become a global movement promoting wellness and harmony.
