Bhopal: Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has directed officials to conduct the Swamitva Adhikar Abhilekh Nispadan Abhiyan and Seva Se Sankalp Abhiyan across the state from September 17 to October 17.
The CM asked collectors to organise both campaigns as public celebrations and ensure participation from elected representatives, youth, social organisations and citizens.
50 Lakh People to Benefit
The Swamitva campaign will benefit around 50 lakh people and will run in three phases until October 3. Officials have been directed to ensure transparent and timely delivery of benefits, with each execution officer assigned a target of 40 registrations daily.
Pilot districts including Agar-Malwa, Barwani, Harda, Ashoknagar and Raisen are already preparing for implementation. Officials said the Swamitva mobile app is user-friendly and training for patwaris is being expedited.

58 Lakh Diyas to Be Lit
The state-level launch of the Seva Se Sankalp Abhiyan will take place in Bhopal on September 17.
At 7 pm, more than 58 lakh diyas will be lit across Madhya Pradesh. More than 25 lakh diyas will be illuminated at Ujjain’s Mahakal Lok, with participation from social and religious organisations and people from different sections of society.
Service Activities Across the State
The month-long campaign will include 13 activities, including ‘25 Saal, 25 Kahaniyan’, ‘Badlav Ki Kahaniyan’, ‘Seva Jyoti Yatra’, ‘Jal, Jan Aur Seva Sankalp Yatra’, ‘Seva Mera Yogdan’, ‘Seva Setu Abhiyan’ and ‘Seva Ke Rang’.
The Seva Setu initiative will organise ‘Sarkar Aapke Dwar’ camps to help citizens access government schemes, while success stories of beneficiaries will be digitised and promoted through social media.
CM Yadav has also directed collectors to complete micro-planning, appoint nodal, zonal and sector officers, and regularly review progress. The government aims to use the campaigns to improve service delivery, increase awareness of welfare schemes and strengthen public participation.

The Swamitva campaign will initially be implemented in Agar-Malwa, Barwani, Harda, Ashoknagar and Raisen. Officials have been trained to use the mobile application, while Patwari training is being expedited. Each execution officer has been assigned a target of 40 registrations per day. Collectors have also been asked to complete micro-planning within two days and regularly review progress.
13 Activities Planned Under Seva Se Sankalp
The month-long Seva Se Sankalp Abhiyan will feature 13 activities, including 25 Saal 25 Kahaniyan, Badlav Ki Kahaniyan, Seva Jyoti Yatra, Jal, Jan Aur Seva Sankalp Yatra, Seva Mera Yogdan, Seva Setu Abhiyan and Seva Ke Rang. These initiatives will focus on public participation, awareness and helping people access government welfare schemes.
