Bhopal: The Madhya Pradesh government will organise the Passenger Transport Vision Summit 2026 in Indore on September 11 and 12, bringing private bus operators, transport experts, policymakers and industry representatives together to discuss the future of passenger mobility in the state.
The two-day summit will be held at the Brilliant Convention Centre, Indore, and will focus on ways to make passenger transport more convenient, technology-driven, safe and environmentally friendly.
The event is centred on the Mukhyamantri Sugam Parivahan Seva and is intended to provide a platform for stakeholders from the transport sector to share their experience and suggestions.

According to the Madhya Pradesh government, discussions at the summit will cover:

Private Bus Operators, Experts to Participate
The summit will bring together private bus operators along with transport specialists, policymakers and representatives of the industry.
The government said stakeholders will discuss ways to improve the existing passenger transport system and make it more modern and effective.
The role of new technology and private-sector participation in strengthening public transport will also be examined during the discussions.
Employment Opportunities Also on Agenda
The summit will also consider the potential for new employment opportunities arising from innovation and investment in passenger transport.
