Noida: National Fertilizers Limited (NFL), a Navratna Public Sector Enterprise under the Ministry of Chemicals & Fertilizers, Government of India, has announced a significant change in its Board of Directors. Mr. Arvind Kumar has taken over as the new Director (Finance) of NFL, effective 12th May 2026.
Board-Level Appointment
The appointment of Mr. Arvind Kumar comes in accordance with Order No. 82/3/2013-HR-PSU (Part) (e-31064) dated 8th May 2026, issued by the Department of Fertilizers, Ministry of Chemicals & Fertilizers, Government of India. Following this, Mr. Mahesh Chander Gupta, Director (Marketing), has relinquished the additional charge of Director (Finance) with effect from 12th May 2026.
This decision aligns with Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, reflecting NFL’s commitment to strengthening leadership at the board level.
